Cap-it Express

The Cap-it Express franchise is designed to serve a smaller community with the same great Cap-it service and products.

A Cap-it Express is an excellent option for smaller communities with a population under 20,000. The initial cost for an Express model store can begin as low as $388,500 and range up to $496,000 for a turnkey operation.

This figure includes the $49K franchise fee, training fee, inventory, equipment, signage, furniture & fixtures, computers and setup, admin, and initial marketing budget. 

An Express could be up to 4000 sq. ft., located in a strip plaza with one or two garage bays or in a warehouse commercial strip and either could be run with as little a two people. .

The Franchise Agreement offers a 5 years renewable term. A minimum of 50% unencumbered equity is required with financing permitted provided the applicant has sufficient collateral.

Franchise Qualifications: Unencumbered Cash 50% of total investment.

Cap-it Stand Alone

The Cap-it Stand-Alone franchise is designed to serve a medium or large size community with the same great Cap-it service and products.

Cap-it Stand-alone stores are a medium sized stores that offer all Cap-it products.

The size of the facility is generally 6,000 - 8,000 sq ft. and with a staff of 4 to 6 people, three or more service bays and a secure area for canopy storage. 

Stand-alone stores are designed for larger communities. Initial set-up costs can begin as low as $560K to $790K. This includes $49K franchisee fee, training fees, inventory, equipment, signage, furniture & fixtures, computers and setup,admin, and initial marketing budget.

Each Stand-alone store is designed to give the customer a WOW at the first step inside. Stand Alone’s have it all, just in a slightly smaller space. Designed for dynamic merchandising, large branding images, video screen presentations, and man-cave style customer waiting rooms.

Cap-it Signature

A Cap-it Signature store is designed to be THE dominant player in a large market, offering more of everything. Signature stores have it all. 

Designed with dynamic merchandizing, giant branding images, video screen presentations, man-cave style customer waiting rooms. Hexagonal sales counter with scoreboard style overhead signage and big screen TV’s, black and white checkered epoxy service bay flooring in the shop are but a few of the features that make this an extraordinary store. 

Although each Cap-it, no matter what size is designed to give the customer a “WOW” when they first come in the door, in the Signature store there is an overwhelming sense of excitement created through its special features and design as well as giving the customer a feeling of trust and confidence in Cap-it. 

The size of the Signature stores can vary from 9000 sq. ft. up to 15,000 sq. ft. Signature stores usually require an initial investment starting at $800Kand can run as high as $1,000.000. This includes everything from the start of the build out to the finish store including a $49K franchise fee and all training fees, equipment, signage, branding and inventories.
